Born and raised in Arizona, Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Arizona University in 1976, and his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 1979.Before establishing his criminal defense practice, he was a prosecutor with the Phoenix City Prosecutor's Office from 1982 to 1985.
